I was curious to hear what the group thinks about face to face interactions a way to boost collaboration and employee engagement amongst remote / distributed teams
- is your company currently doing offsites/team retreats and If so how many / year?
- in general, what policies are your People / HR team creating to foster more face to face interactions? eg travel allowances, co-working allowance, etc
